We are back, hooray!

We are holding meetings again and would be delighted to see former members, current members and new members so do come along, bring a friend and enjoy getting to know everyone.  You will be assured of warm welcome.  Refreshments are served and we also have a raffle.  Subscription for members joining in October is £17, for visitors a donation of £3.50.

We meet in the Village Hall on the first Wednesday of the month.  BUT PLEASE NOTE, we now meet at 6.45pm and NOT 7.45pm.  This is to enable meeting to end earlier and allow members to get home earlier.

Are meetings up until Christmas are:

Wed 6th October:  Speaker Lesley Durbin - from couch to c2c.  A cyclist’s journey (c2c = coast to coast or sea to sea). Lesley will bring slides to illustrate her talk and also a friend who can answer any questions about e bikes.

Wed 3rd November:  Come and practice your artistic skills!  We will be painting pebbles with a Christmas theme.  Don’t think you have an artistic side?  You never know until you try! As usual just before Christmas we will be serving mulled wine and mince pies.

Wed 1st December:  Christmas Meal.  We are in the process of organising this annual event, it is likely that it will be held in the Village Hall this year, details will be available shortly.
