From the Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Morland House Surgery relies on its PPG to collect and discuss ideas intended to help to maintain and improve the services provided, and this group of volunteers now wants to be able to communicate very occasionally with a wider group of our patients to receive helpful suggestions and very occasionally to provide feedback on the PPG Group’s proposals to help the Morland House Surgery. If you are a patient of any age using this Surgery and you are willing to help in this way, and agree to be consulted very occasionally by e-mail, please let the Practice Manager know by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Child Vaccinations

All children aged 5 -11 continue to be offered vaccination against Covid-19 and the holidays are a good time to get your child vaccinated in time for the summer when cases might increase. Two doses of the vaccine (at least 12 weeks apart) should give the child long-lasting protection against serious complications of infection and some protection from mild symptoms. To book an appointment, please visit https://www.nhs.uk/covidvaccination or call 119.

The NHS wants to support you to make an informed choice with more information available here COVID-19: A guide for parents of children aged 5 to 11 (publishing.service.gov.uk)

If you do not know your child’s NHS number you can get it:

- by checking your child’s personal health record (the red book given to you when your child was born)

- by checking any NHS letters, prescriptions or test results you may have received for your child

- by asking Morland House Surgery to help you

- by going to the NHS.UK website

Wearing of Face Masks

Patients and visitors to Morland House Surgery are no longer required to wear face coverings whilst in the surgery. However, please continue to do so if it is your personal preference or there are specific issues. Our receptionists will advise patients experiencing cold like symptoms to wear a face covering if they are coming to the surgery for an appointment or to pick up medication.

Surgery Talk

Morland House Surgery Practice Manager Nollag McGrath will be giving a talk on Thursday 4th August at 2pm in the Neighbours Hall, Great Milton. Please come along to hear about updates to the surgery services. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you might have on the subject.
