Richard Farrant and Susan Jupp have very kindly agreed to lease the uncultivated part of their field just below the recreation ground to the Parish Council, and this will be made into a Village Orchard.

The new owner of the Tithe Barn at Dove House has submitted a revised planning application for the barn’s conversion to a residence (P23/S4142/S73 and P23/S4119/LB) and the Parish Council supports this application.

The Parish Council has not been in favour of a reduction of our 30mph speed limit to 20mph, even though the County Council have been pressing hard for some time for this change to be made.

All three new councillors attended October’s meeting.
